Any property, commercial or domestic that is for sale, lease or rental now legally requires an energy performance certificate before it can be marketed. All our professional Energy Assessors are CBR checked, fully accredited and insured.

Our Energy Performance Certificates include a recommendation report, which will advise on the improvements that can be made to improve the energy efficiency of the building.

We also offer a full inventory service including check in and check out reports. Being totally independent and impartial our inventories offer the busy agent's and landlords protection against excessive damage caused by negligent tenants.

Our call centre is based in Coventry in the centre of the Midlands and offers all the benefits of a single point of contact and is always on hand to take your call, via our free phone and also answer any questions you may have. Once an instruction is received our central office takes on the responsibility of arranging suitable appointment times for the survey to be carried out.
